We work with the International law firm, Gowling WLG and are overseen by the DSO medical board, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of knowledge and skill to keep your staff safe.

Our online courses provide your staff with the knowledge and understanding of diabetes, its risks and how to minimise them in a working environment. Courses have been designed to last 15 to 20 minutes, giving succinct information on diabetes symptoms, consequences, diabetes first aid and liability mitigation. This will help you protect your company and staff against diabetes risk and liability in the workplace. There are also onsite solutions available, please contact us for more details.

Choose your courses

Our courses are individually tailored for senior management, HR, health and safety managers and site workers. We also offer a specific course for sole traders. This means that your course will only cover the critical information that is right for you.

Train your workforce

You’ll be able to assign the appropriate course to individuals in your team or organisation who will then be able to access and complete the course in their own time, from any device.

Protected against
liability

In recognition of satisfactory completion of the course, course participants will be awarded a digital certificate valid for twenty four months.

Online courses

Staff safety is critical. Our online tailored diabetes safety courses offer documented evidence that employees have completed a diabetes awareness programme. Each training assessment takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Senior Management

This course explains diabetes health and safety risk, with an emphasis on a company’s legal obligations. Targeted at all senior staff and board directors who have shared responsibility and liability for the safety and wellbeing of their staff.

HR

This course explains the impact of diabetes in respect of health and safety risk in the workplace. There is particular emphasis on employment rights for the individual and the responsibilities of the company.

Site managers

Designed for site mangers and QHSE managers to understand diabetes, it’s management and the associated risks on site.

Site workers

For all site workers, this short course provides an understanding of diabetes, the risks and how to keep yourself and others safe at work.

Sole traders

This course provides an overview of all aspects of diabetes, it’s risks and the legal requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).

Drivers and machine operators

For all drivers this short course provides an understanding of diabetes, the risks and how to keep yourself and others safe at work.

Office workers

For all office workers, this short course provides an understanding of diabetes, the risks and how to keep yourself and others safe at work.
